Resending Welcome Email

When you need a copy of your original welcome email, you can resend it to your email address by simply logging in to the client billing system and following these steps:

1. Once logged in, click on the products on the top menu bar

2. Select product list and the list of products will open up

3. On the right side of the product, click on the gear icon

4. Click on Send Welcome Email

Take note that the welcome email is the original email that you received. If you already changed the password, the password information will no longer be valid. If you need a password reset for your hosting account, send us a support ticket instead.
